Since 1985, DQS is the certification and audit partner for quality-oriented companies around the world. In everything we do, we place the highest demands on quality and competence and see our responsibility towards our colleagues, the society, our shareholders and the environment.
We are aware that violations of laws, rules and regulations have serious consequences and we are convinced that we can only be successful if we all act with integrity and in compliance with the rules.
To ensure responsible behavior, transparency and integrity, we have established various reporting options worldwide since 2011 so that employees, temporary workers, partners, or third parties can report potential violations of internal guidelines, legal requirements or principles of the DQS Code of Conduct to us without having to fear negative consequences. This protection is based, among other things, on the German Whistleblower Protection Act, which ensures that reports are treated confidentially and impartially and that whistleblowers are protected from any reprisals.
For report of violations, we implemented a specific whistleblower channel, administered by an external ombudsman. The channel may also be used for anonymous violation reports.
DQS expressly encourages people to make use of the following reporting channel whenever they witness wrongdoing or have concerns that something is not going right. Your information will help DQS to identify potential problems at an early stage and take appropriate action.

In addition, you are free to report circumstances that indicate a violation through the already known channels (compliance officer, human resources department, local employee representatives).
The reporting system ensures that reports are handled in a secure and confidential environment. The reporting channels are designed in such a way that the identity of the whistleblower remains protected, and information is only accessible to those entrusted with investigating the incident. Anonymous reports can also be made by using the reporting website*. All reports are bundled by the external ombudsman and the Compliance Officer, investigated confidentially and can lead to the elimination of weaknesses, to further measures, to disciplinary action or even to legal consequences if the report is confirmed.
The reporting system is intended exclusively for honest and truthful reports. It should not be used to disseminate false or damaging information. Reports should be checked carefully, and only relevant and legitimate information should be submitted. Please make sure that you do not violate any applicable data protection regulations when using this reporting website. Before submitting a report, please also bear in mind that the information you provide could have serious consequences for data subjects.
Please do not use this reporting system for customer inquiries, complaints or appeals against certification decisions.
