FSSC 22000 | Food Safety System Certification | Version 6 | Awareness and Transition Training 

An introductory course to the Foundation Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000), a holistic certification scheme endorsed by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This course is your key to understanding and implementing the stringent standards of FSSC 22000 Version 6. With a focus on ISO 22000:2018, Sector-specific Prerequisite Programmes (PRPs), and FSSC Version 6 Additional Requirements, our expert facilitators guide you through the intricacies of global food safety standards.

Pre-Requisites:

No prior knowledge of the FSSC 22000 or ISO 22000 standard or management system is required. A minimum educational level of NQF level 4 (Matric) is recommended.

Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of the FSSC 22000 Version 6 Transition and Awareness Training, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the following:

  • Updated Food Chain Categorisation: Participants will explore the revisions made to food chain categories as defined by ISO 22003-1:2022. This will enable them to identify how these changes might impact their organisation's specific position within the food supply chain.
