Pre-Requisites:

To maximise the effectiveness of the "Implementing FSSC 22000 Version 6 Training," participants are expected to meet the following prerequisites:

  • Basic Understanding of Food Safety Concepts: Participants should possess a foundational knowledge of food safety principles and practices. This includes familiarity with hazard analysis, critical control points (HACCP), and general food safety management concepts.
  • Familiarity with FSSC 22000 Version 5: For those transitioning from FSSC 22000 Version 5 to Version 6, a solid understanding of the previous version is required. This includes awareness of key requirements and the structure of the FSSC 22000 framework.
