As a Global Manager of Auditor Recruiting and Retention you are the glue to all of our auditor competence centers worldwide. You are responsible for establishing a robust candidate pipeline of freelance and full-time auditors and ensuring an adequate supply of qualified auditor staff for the DQS group.
Your mission
- Developing programs to assess the current and future needs of auditors on a global basis
- Actively sourcing candidates based on developed personas
- Analyzing incoming profiles and forwarding them to relevant stakeholders
- Developing recruitment strategies and directly recruiting audit and quality management professionals
- Maintaining a strong candidate pool and responding quickly
- Reducing turnover of employees and contract auditors by implementing effective retention strategies
- Promoting a positive work environment in collaboration with colleagues
- Developing and measuring auditor retention programs
- Tracking and reporting key employee retention metrics
- Identifying training needs of auditors through feedback, performance evaluations, and communication with stakeholders
- Creating a feasible global talent development plan for auditors and ensuring training programs comply with industry standards and
regulations - Designing and updating training programs and materials to align with the latest standards and best practices, in collaboration with the
Director of Auditor Competence and Program Managers - Managing the budget for training and development programs and identifying cost-effective solutions
Your profile
- Master's degree in relevant fields such as international management, business administration or HR management or equivalent professional
experience - Intercultural competence and proven ability to manage a global team
- Ideally experience in the field of auditing and certification services and an in-depth understanding of auditing processes, standards, and best
practices - Record of successful recruitment in auditing and quality management or equally complex industries
- Proven active sourcing competencies
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring audit excellence
- Leadership interest in HR
- Personality: Committed, proactive, communicative, professional, team-oriented, solution-focused, ethical, flexible, creative, and willing to
travel - Fluent English and ideally proficiency in another relevant foreign language
