This training course is presented at an advanced level and adds value as well as prepares a business for certification by an external certifying body. The course provides participants with the opportunity to audit procedures written for real-world applications.
The delegate will be required to complete self-study material, exercises within a workbook, covering individual and group assessments, and a final written assessment.
