This comprehensive three-day course equips participants with the essential expertise to effectively audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and lead a team of auditors using established audit principles, procedures, and techniques. Throughout the training, participants will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently plan and execute internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 19011 standards, as well as certification audits based on ISO 17021 requirements.
