Online Training
We understand the importance of accessibility, especially in the current digital landscape. For virtual participants, our training is conducted online, allowing flexibility from any location. To fully engage in the virtual training, participants are encouraged to ensure uninterrupted internet access throughout the sessions. We recommend having a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology requirements for an immersive and effective online learning experience.
Classroom Amenities:
Classroom training is exclusively conducted at the DQS Academy Office in Boskruin (click here for our address), offering a dedicated and optimal learning environment for all participants.

Karyn Taylor has been consulting various industry on Wellness and Disease Management in the workplace throughout Africa and UK.
Over the years Karyn has project managed various wellness and disease management interventions and assisted organisation’s in their strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of wellness programmes. She has conducted and developed numerous KABP (Knowledge Attitude Behaviour & Perception) Surveys and Gap Analyses to understand baseline risks and measure effectiveness of interventions
Karyn has developed instructional material for Wellness (Senior management to Peer Educator), Lay counselling, HIV Testing and Counselling, Wellness and Disease Management, Fatigue Management, Wellness Committee as well as facilitated these training. She has spoken at many conferences.
She has a BA Health Sciences and Social Services with a specialization in Corporate Psychology. She was the chairperson of the technical committee (TC 201) at SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) for SANS 16001 Wellness and Disease Management including HIV and TB. She sat on the ISO 45003 committee for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (TC 283 observer status).
She is a lead auditor for SANS 16001:2013 Wellness and Disease Management in the Workplace.
