• Coor­di­na­te and support regional con­trol­ling ac­ti­vi­ties across the EMEA region in close col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the Region Head EMEA, Country Con­trol­ling teams, and DQS Hol­ding
• Prepa­re and follow up on monthly fi­nan­cial review meetings with DQS Holding ma­nage­ment and General Country Ma­na­gers
• Pro­vi­de hands-on con­trol­ling support, par­ti­cu­lar­ly in count­ries without de­di­ca­ted con­trol­ling re­sour­ces (e.g., month-end closing, bud­ge­ting, fo­re­cas­ting)
• Lead and coor­di­na­te regional bud­ge­ting and fo­re­cas­ting pro­ces­ses
• Con­so­li­da­te ad-hoc requests and deliver trans­pa­rent, de­cis­i­on-ori­en­ted analyses to ma­nage­ment
• Sup­port and coor­di­na­te in­ter­com­pa­ny tran­sac­tions and transfer pricing pro­ces­ses, in­clu­ding va­li­da­ti­on of al­lo­ca­ti­on logic and im­ple­men­ta­ti­on of group gui­de­lines
• De­ve­lop and enhance Power BI-based re­port­ing so­lu­ti­ons to improve trans­pa­ren­cy, au­to­ma­ti­on, and de­cis­i­on-ma­king qua­li­ty

Ihr Pro­fil

• De­gree in Business Ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on, Finance, Eco­no­mics, or a com­pa­ra­ble field with a focus on Con­trol­ling/Fi­nan­ce
• Se­ve­ral years of pro­fes­sio­nal ex­pe­ri­ence (3+ years) in con­trol­ling, ideally in an in­ter­na­tio­nal en­vi­ron­ment
• Strong ex­per­ti­se in bud­ge­ting, fo­re­cas­ting, and re­port­ing pro­ces­ses
• Ex­pe­ri­ence working with multiple legal entities and in­ter­na­tio­nal or­ga­niza­ti­ons
• Know­ledge of HGB ac­coun­ting is a plus
• Ad­van­ced skills in MS Excel and ex­pe­ri­ence with ERP and BI systems (espe­ci­al­ly Power BI)
• Hands-on mindset with a struc­tu­red, ana­ly­ti­cal, and re­sults-dri­ven ap­proach
• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills, in­ter­cul­tu­ral com­pe­tence, and wil­ling­ness to travel within the EMEA re­gi­on
• Flu­ent in English (written and spoken); German is an ad­van­ta­ge
