  • De­ve­lo­p­ment and op­ti­miza­ti­on of product stra­te­gies, taking into account current re­gu­la­to­ry re­qui­re­ments and market trends
  • Clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with internal de­part­ments (e.g., Audit, Sales, Mar­ke­ting) and external stake­hol­ders
  • Con­duc­ting market and com­pe­ti­ti­ve analyses to identify growth po­ten­ti­al
  • Ma­na­ging the entire product life­cy­cle from con­cep­ti­on to market launch
  • Sup­port­ing sales through tech­ni­cal ex­per­ti­se and customer pre­sen­ta­ti­ons
  • En­su­ring com­pli­ance with in­ter­na­tio­nal stan­dards and con­ti­nuous­ly im­pro­ving existing pro­ces­ses

Ihr Pro­fil

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food tech­no­lo­gy, quality ma­nage­ment, business ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on, or a related field
  • Se­ve­ral years of pro­fes­sio­nal ex­pe­ri­ence in product ma­nage­ment or in the field of food safe­ty/qua­li­ty ma­nage­ment
  • In-depth know­ledge of the BRCGS stan­dards
  • Ana­ly­ti­cal mindset and a struc­tu­red, so­lu­ti­on-ori­en­ted approach to work
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and pre­sen­ta­ti­on skills
  • Ex­pe­ri­ence working with in­ter­na­tio­nal clients and on in­ter­na­tio­nal projects is a plus
  • Ex­cel­lent written and spoken German and English skills
