Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Own the global end-to-end administration and continuous improvement of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, releases, testing, and documentation
- Ensure stable system operations, high data quality, and strong governance; act as the central Workday point of contact
- Advise HR stakeholders, translate business requirements into pragmatic Workday solutions, and provide 2nd/3rd-level support for HR key users
- Deliver reporting and HR analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, advanced reports, and workforce data insights
- Contribute to and lead HRIS optimization projects, support the rollout of additional Workday modules, and collaborate internationally with HR, IT, and external partners
The position combines hands-on system administration, requirements analysis and advisory, reporting and analytics, and the continuous development of the Workday landscape within an international environment.
