Key Re­spon­si­bi­li­ties (Sum­ma­ry)

  • Own the global end-to-end ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on and con­ti­nuous im­pro­ve­ment of Workday HCM, in­clu­ding Core HCM, Business Pro­ces­ses, Se­cu­ri­ty, re­leases, testing, and do­cu­men­ta­ti­on
  • En­su­re stable system ope­ra­ti­ons, high data quality, and strong go­ver­nan­ce; act as the central Workday point of cont­act
  • Ad­vi­se HR stake­hol­ders, trans­la­te business re­qui­re­ments into prag­ma­tic Workday so­lu­ti­ons, and provide 2nd/3rd-le­vel support for HR key users
  • De­li­ver re­port­ing and HR ana­ly­tics, in­clu­ding da­sh­boards, KPIs, advanced reports, and work­force data in­sights
  • Con­tri­bu­te to and lead HRIS op­ti­miza­ti­on pro­jects, support the rollout of ad­di­tio­nal Workday modules, and col­la­bo­ra­te in­ter­na­tio­nal­ly with HR, IT, and external part­ners

The position combines hands-on system ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on, re­qui­re­ments analysis and ad­vi­so­ry, re­port­ing and ana­ly­tics, and the con­ti­nuous de­ve­lo­p­ment of the Workday land­scape within an in­ter­na­tio­nal en­vi­ron­ment.
