Your re­spon­si­bi­li­ties

• You will be re­spon­si­ble for ap­pr­ovals as a program manager in ac­cordance with § 178 SGB III in con­junc­tion with AZAV.
• You will con­ti­nuous­ly manage and develop the audit pro­ces­ses and internal quality assu­rance.
• You will chair the eva­lua­ti­on com­mit­tee and make im­portant cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on de­cis­i­ons.
• You will be re­spon­si­ble for the com­plaints pro­ce­du­re, organize training courses, and promote the exchange of ex­pe­ri­ence within the team.
• You will take care of the com­pany's external image, e.g., website and news pages, in co­ope­ra­ti­on with mar­ke­ting.
• You will create new pro­ces­ses and do­cu­ments in the field of edu­ca­ti­on to ensure that stan­dards are always up to date.
• You will take over the approval of measures in ac­cordance with AZAV and ensure smooth pro­ces­ses.

Ihr Pro­fil

Your pro­fi­le

• Com­ple­ted vo­ca­tio­nal training or uni­ver­si­ty de­gree.
• Se­ve­ral years of pro­fes­sio­nal ex­pe­ri­ence in quality ma­nage­ment in adult edu­ca­ti­on or labor market ser­vices.
• In-depth know­ledge of AZAV and relevant quality ma­nage­ment stan­dards (e.g., ISO 9001) in the ma­nage­ment of a spe­cia­list unit, ideally with lea­der­ship re­spon­si­bi­li­ty.
• Pro­of of many years of prac­ti­cal ex­pe­ri­ence in several spe­cia­list areas of AZAV (see § 5 (1) nos. 1-6 AZAV).
• Com­ple­ted training as an au­di­tor.
• Con­fi­dent manner, struc­tu­red approach to work, and strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills in English and Ger­man.
