Step 2: Registration Process

To be a Channel Partner at DQS India, the following formalities needs to be completed.

> Vendor Registration Form – please do not leave any information unanswered anything not applicable please mention as NA

> Cancelled cheque

> Scanned copy of PAN Card – with company seal and signature

> GST Registration Certificate – if registered or Self-Declaration Form

> Signed Agreement with the Channel Partner – please sign on all pages with company seal

> Whistle Blower Policy Form – please sign on all pages with company seal

> Acceptance of G&G – please sign on all pages with company seal

> Declaration G&G – please sign with company seal

> NDA – please sign on all pages with company seal

> MSME Registration Certificate – if registered.
