  • Con­duct com­ple­ten­ess and com­pli­ance checks of audit do­cu­men­ta­ti­on
  • Mo­ni­tor dead­lines and proac­tively follow up on missing or overdue in­puts
  • Prepa­re and issue cer­ti­fi­ca­tes and in­voices
  • Act as a point of contact for customer service, au­di­tors, and cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on de­cis­i­on-ma­kers
  • Main­tain and update data in internal IT and ERP sys­tems
  • En­su­re timely and accurate re­port­ing to aut­ho­ri­ties and external da­ta­ba­ses
  • Sup­port the im­ple­men­ta­ti­on of cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on de­cis­i­ons
  • Con­tri­bu­te to the con­ti­nuous im­pro­ve­ment of cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on and ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ve pro­ces­ses

Ihr Pro­fil

  • Suc­cessful­ly com­ple­ted com­mer­cial training (e.g., business ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on, office ma­nage­ment)
  • In­iti­al pro­fes­sio­nal ex­pe­ri­ence in an ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ve or ser­vice-ori­en­ted en­vi­ron­ment (ideally cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on, audit, or com­pli­ance-re­la­ted)
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills with fluent German and good English (written and spo­ken)
  • So­lid know­ledge of MS Office (espe­ci­al­ly Excel and Out­look)
  • Ex­pe­ri­ence with Mi­cro­soft 365, EASY, or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Struc­tu­red, de­tail-ori­en­ted, and reliable working style
  • Strong service ori­en­ta­ti­on and ability to coor­di­na­te multiple stake­hol­ders
  • Team player with a quick grasp of new pro­ces­ses and sys­tems
