  • Exe­cu­ti­on of Social Audits using code of conduct stan­dards or Social Com­pli­ance In­itia­ti­ve Audits such as SEDEX 
  • Evaluation of working con­di­ti­ons, en­vi­ron­men­tal aspects, health and safety, and business ethics
  • Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on with clients and, where ap­pli­ca­ble, their sup­pli­ers during audit pre­pa­ra­ti­on and fol­low-up
  • Clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with our internal teams to ensure com­pli­ance with in­ter­na­tio­nal stan­dards
  • Lead training programs for new Auditors. 

Your pro­fi­le

  • Re­co­gni­zed qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on as a SMETA, APSCA, auditor or ex­ten­si­ve ex­pe­ri­ence in so­cial/ethi­cal au­dits
  • Com­ple­ted vo­ca­tio­nal training or uni­ver­si­ty degree, ideally related to labor law, sus­taina­bi­li­ty, social sci­en­ces, or related fields
  • Know­ledge of relevant stan­dards (e.g. SA8000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and ma­nage­ment systems audits is an ad­van­ta­ge
  • Wil­ling­ness to travel (in­clu­ding in­ter­na­tio­nal­ly), re­lia­bi­li­ty, and strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
  • Ex­cel­lent German and English skills, both spoken and writ­ten
  • Careful, in­de­pen­dent, and struc­tu­red working style
