Your mission
- Execution of Social Audits using code of conduct standards or Social Compliance Initiative Audits such as SEDEX
- Evaluation of working conditions, environmental aspects, health and safety, and business ethics
- Communication with clients and, where applicable, their suppliers during audit preparation and follow-up
- Close collaboration with our internal teams to ensure compliance with international standards
- Lead training programs for new Auditors.
Your profile
- Recognized qualification as a SMETA, APSCA, auditor or extensive experience in social/ethical audits
- Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally related to labor law, sustainability, social sciences, or related fields
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. SA8000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and management systems audits is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (including internationally), reliability, and strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Careful, independent, and structured working style
