Numerous certification systems currently require the certification body to be informed directly in the event of a product recall. This is already contractually stipulated in the Special Conditions for the Assessment of Management System Certifications and Product Certifications as well as in DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065.

In addition to these obligations to provide information to DQS CFS GmbH, there are further obligations to provide information to third parties that are not affected by this*.
