For product recall, product withdrawal or incident notification

Behavior in case of product recall, product withdrawal or incident notification (hereinafter referred to as product recall) with existing certification by DQS CFS GmbH.

Numerous certification systems currently require the certification body to be informed directly in the event of a product recall. This is already contractually stipulated in the Special Conditions for the Assessment of Management System Certifications and Product Certifications as well as in DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065.

Please therefore notify us immediately of any product recall using the contact form below. We will then get in touch with you. We will of course treat all information confidentially.

In addition to these obligations to provide information to DQS CFS GmbH, there are further obligations to provide information to third parties that are not affected by this*.
