ISO 31000 Implementation Training
ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Principles and Guidelines
The ability to manage risk is one of the core competencies of any organisation. Organisations have greater control over growth and development when risk management is applied across the enterprise, and when the performance of the risk management framework matches the criticality of the decisions being made. Risk management methods and tools help organisations plan and implement practical actions and programmes to maximise opportunities and manage threats.
This three-day course is based on ISO 31000 and recognised best practices. It helps participants understand risk-based thinking in the context of international standards and supports them in contributing to the implementation of the ISO 31000 guidelines within their organisation.
