The FSSC 22000 food safety certification system is currently being revised. FSSC 22000 version 6 is expected to be released in April 2023. Find out everything you need to know about the schedule and changes below.

Foundation FSSC is a global non-profit organization and independent scheme owner with headquarters in the Netherlands. The organization has been striving for higher levels of food safety for more than 12 years. 

FSSC's food management systems follow the structure of ISO management systems. 

The current version 5.1 of the FSSC 22000 food standard was published in November 2020. It is currently in the revision process. Nothing is known about possible changes at this time. 

 

Timetable for FSSC 22000 version 6

The release of FSSC 22000 version 6 can probably be expected in April 2023. We will keep you up to date on all important news regarding the revision.
