This requisition is intended as a replacement for a terminated employee due to continued underperformance and inability to meet the expectations of the role.
The new hire will be responsible for Customer Success Program (CSP) activities, customer onboarding and lifecycle support, coordination between customers and internal teams, planning and execution of audit cycles, support for renewals, and ensuring customer retention, certification satisfaction, and service quality standards. The position requires a professional with stronger experience in customer management, audit planning, and operational execution to adequately support current business demands.
Given the ongoing customer commitments and operational needs, the replacement is required immediately to ensure business continuity and service quality.
