We’re looking for a creative and driven Engagement Specialist to help shape how DQS connects with audiences across North America. DQS is a global organization, and in this role you’ll work closely with international colleagues—particularly our US team—contributing to campaigns and content that support a wide range of markets and industries.

Based in Mexico City, this full-time role provides strong collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. You’ll bring ideas to life through compelling content and smart engagement strategies, from developing sales and marketing materials to running targeted email campaigns. You’ll also have the chance to analyze what works, experiment with new approaches, and collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales, and business development.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive audience engagement and support lead generation through thoughtful, data-informed campaigns
  • Build and maintain structured customer and prospect databases
  • Source, validate and update contact information using online tools and company resources
  • Segment leads based on industry, size, location, certification needs and buying potential
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce DQS Academy training services
  • Present course offerings, schedules, pricing and value propositions
  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to convert interest into registrations
  • Identify training needs and match them with appropriate Academy programs
  • Manage CRM data entry, call notes, follow-ups and status tracking
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the Sales Manager when needed
  • Prepare and send quotations, registration links or course documentation
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and lead targeting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Academy courses

What You Bring

  • Strong outreach skills, including use of AI tools, genuine interest in sales and marketing and experience doing sales activities
  • Hands-on experience with email outreach and engagement campaigns
  • Familiarity with business development and digital marketing practices
  • Strong research skills and the ability to turn complex information into effective messaging
  • Experience with CMS and CRM tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
