Tapa FSR & TSR 2023 Standards

TAPA plans to globally launch the new version of “FSR and TSR 2023 Standards” on Sep 15, 2023. The following communication is about the transition arrangements in APAC.

Standard

A copy of the Standards will be shared to the Primary Admin Member contact person as recorded in TAPA APAC Members database. 

Training

The existing FSR 2020 & TSR 2020 Standards training will continue till Sep-2023. The training for the FSR 2023 and TSR 2023 Standards will commence from Oct-2023. 

The Authorized Auditors (AAs) trained to a higher version of the Standard allows them to audit all the preceding versions.

Audit and Certifications

• The Tapa FSR 2023 and TSR 2023 Audit and Certification will be effective from Jan 1, 2024. 
• Existing FSR 2020 and TSR 2020 Certifications that are expiring in the remainder of 2023 can apply for re-certification to 2020 Standards, with another 3 years validity from the date of approval of audit. 
• Unless a member company has contractual requirements to the 2020 or another earlier version of Standards, the tracking numbers for FSR 2020 and TSR 2020 Standards audit and certification will be issued only till Dec 15, 2023 and are valid for audits that are carried out not later than Dec 31, 2023.
• Unless a member company has contractual requirements to the 2020 or an earlier version of Standards, effective Jan 1, 2024, tracking numbers issued are applicable for audits and certification under the 2023 Standards.
