DQS India awards its first ISO/IEC 42001 certification to ERS Unit of HCL Tech

HCL Tech (ERS) becomes the first organization certified by DQS to ISO/IEC 42001, demonstrating its commitment to responsible AI governance and internationally recognized AI management practices.

DQS has awarded its first ISO/IEC 42001 certification to ERS Unit of HCL Tech, marking an important milestone in the advancement of AI governance.

As organizations increasingly integrate Artificial Intelligence into critical business processes, the need for structured governance, transparency and accountability has never been greater. ISO/IEC 42001, the world's first international management system standard for AI, provides organizations with a framework to govern AI responsibly while building confidence among customers, partners and regulators.
