What is the FSSC Development Program?

El FSSC Development Program es un modelo de evaluación voluntario, diseñado especialmente para pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES) del sector alimentario. Está alineado con Codex HACCP, GFSI Global Markets y la estructura de FSSC 22000, ofreciendo una vía incremental para alcanzar un sistema de seguridad alimentaria conforme, antes de una certificación completa.

Versión 2.0 (publicada el 20 de mayo de 2025): incorpora categorías adicionales (como packaging), optimiza los tiempos de evaluación, refuerza el soporte a PYMES con guías, webinars y mejoras en visibilidad.

El uso de la Versión 1.1 está permitido hasta el 31 de mayo de 2026

Novedades principales de la Versión 2.0

  1. Adopción de un único nivel de conformidad, equivalente al antiguo Nivel 2.
  2. Implementación completa de un sistema HACCP, con CCPs (Puntos Críticos de Control) y OPRPs (Programas Operacionales de Prerrequisitos) FSSC+1FSSC+1.
  3. Enfoque por requisitos (no solo preguntas), sin redundancias y con documentación más clara .
  4. Mayor apoyo a las PYMES: guías detalladas, formación y seminarios web .
  5. Se incorpora categoría I: packaging, abarcando fabricación de envases en distintos materiales
