Your main tasks will be: 

  • Coordination, planning and conducting of Corporate Internal Audits and follow up. 
  • Monitoring and analysis of internal Executive Reports (KPIs, complaints, accreditation results etc.) and preparation of Corporate Quality Quarterly Reporting meeting (CQQR) 
  • Management of international Technical Reviewers in cooperation with respective Program Managers 
  • Controlling of internal NC-Management: Identification and controlling of general or office specific nonconformities, analyzing of root causes and coordination and/or controlling of improvement and/or preventive actions 
  • Qualification, coaching and supporting of DQS office staff in delivering certification services 
  • Supporting of national accreditation activities and witness audit programs of DQS offices 
  • Enhancement of Corporate Management System and its documentation in cooperation with respective Program Managers 
  • Maintenance of the global document control system 
  • Supporting of IQNET partners for IQNET outsourcing and/or co-certification activities 
  • Implementation of the agreed objectives and measures from the annual performance appraisal


Qualification + Competencies: 

  • System Experienced (internal) auditor for agreed certification programs (technical competence in auditing and assessment) 
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in relevant accreditation rules (e.g. ISO standards, mandatory documents of IAF), in related requirements (like applicable legal requirements, statutory, regulatory requirmenets and compliance obligations) and in DQS corporate management (technical competence in requirements and standards and legal requirments) 
  • Knowledge of agreed standards and DQS programs 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in German and English language 
  • Handling of communication and data processing programs (e.g. MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Sharepoint, Power BI) 
  • Ability to cooperate with operational management functions, nationally and internationally 
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally 
  • Competent for independent problem solving, actively involving other responsible managers, as applicable
