Key Responsibilities | Corporate Communications:
- Ensure that our DQS vision and brand is clearly tailored towards various stakeholders (customers, employees, candidates, press, etc.) based on your thorough understanding of market dynamics and the need to address different audiences
- Develop an international multichannel communication and brand strategy and plan and steer all internal and external company communication and DQS brand initiatives across the areas of PR, corporate marketing, and branding, working closely with our marketing and social media teams
- Develop strong relationships and work closely with the management and your colleagues (especially those in marketing, sales, HR and strategy) as well as with external agencies
- Identify new and interesting opportunities to build our company awareness and brand reputation across suitable platforms (website, social media, relevant B2B channels, etc.)
- Create thought leadership material to support our global and future oriented vision
- Be responsible for global internal communications; create regular newsletters to inform DQS employees about projects, new global customers, internal strategy, etc.
- Establish media & competitor analysis (by using tools like Talkwalker)
Key Responsibilities | Brand:
- Provide governance and guidance to ensure a consistent global brand message
- Maintain branding guidelines, organize quarterly updates, and oversee development of additional guidelines as needed. Ensure that the global branding guidelines are adopted and adhered globally
- Establish a digital asset management platform and internal online brand merchandise store for global use
- In collaboration with subsidiaries and license partners, manage brand-building programs to share and demonstrate DQS brand in action.
- Work closely with all marketing groups and functions in the region in support of business priorities and corporate objectives.
- Proactively look for opportunities to embed brand messaging and brand assets locally including campaigns and other marketing and sales initiative.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in PR/corporate brand communication, ideally in B2B
- Experience in managing communication and/or brands in a complex environment (various audiences/different interests, etc.), as well as a proven track record of building successful campaigns which have made a genuine impact
- Exceptional communication skills (at least C1 in both German and English) with a history of communicating complex and sensitive issues to a wide range of stakeholders and national media
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions based on relevant KPIs and insights
- Smart approach and confidence in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders on different levels (internal and external)
- Experience in social media
- Basic understanding of web technologies, very good MS Office skills.
