Customer Account Manager

With over 35 years of experience and more than 100 standards and specifications at its disposal, the DQS Group is one of the world's leading management system certification bodies. The group is headquartered in Germany and has more than 80 offices in 70 countries, with a total of more than 2,500 employees.

Within the international structure, the French subsidiary DQS France is responsible for developing the market and promoting the various products/services and brands of the DQS Group.

DQS France, which currently has 4 employees, is looking to strengthen its team to support its growth.

You will work in close collaboration with the Director and the employees of the DQS France office in Paris Montparnasse.

Your missions :

• Management of customer certification files (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, etc...)
• Management of audit planning with the Group's auditors, in relation with the customers, and within the imposed deadlines
• Management of international projects in relation with clients, the DQS group and its different offices
• Invoicing, validation of auditors' expense reports, and follow-up of client reminders
• Creation and issuance of client certificates
• Participation in the implementation of qualification files for auditors

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education.
• You are organized, rigorous, autonomous and enjoy teamwork
• You are able to synthesize information
• You have a sense of customer service and human contact
• You have a good elocution and an impeccable spelling in French, in addition to a mastery of English (read, written, spoken) essential
• Professional experience in the certification/audit sector would be a plus
