The guiding idea of quality management is to raise awareness of entrepeneurial obligations. Seven principles of quality management provide the framework within which organizations, regardless of their nature, size and complexity, may align their entrepeneurial actions: Customer Focus, Leadership, People Engagement, Process Oriented Approach, Improvement, Fact Based Decision Making, and Relationship Management. What is important here is that these principles are always to be considered as a whole and are in the right balance with each other.
