DQS Malaysia conducted annual CIA during 12th -13th October 2023. The audit was led by Mr Andy Chiou from DQS Taiwan, an experienced senior auditor who joined DQS more than 10 years since 2010. He has in-depth knowledge of lots of management systems including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, ISO IEC 27001:2022 etc.

CIA was conducted to assure that all relevant processes and activities under the different accreditations in the different regions are considered as well as all relevant internal DQS requirements.
During the CIA, DQS Malaysia managed to demonstrated our management system is conformance to the ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 19011, IAF Mandatory documents etc by presenting evidence promptly and clearly. Mr Andy shared lots of professional comments with us in order to improve our internal processes and bring our business to a higher level.
