We are looking for fulltime professional management system auditors to join our team.
Candidates are required to have the following job requirements:
General requirements:
- Certified IRCA (or equivalent) quality auditor/lead auditor training
- Professional education (academic or technical): Completed higher education with degree, diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience (full time), including management, personnel or project responsibility (see standard requirements below)
- Self-motivated and able to handle seasonal work pressure
- Being responsible and proactive attitude.
- Carrying out high-quality and efficient audit assignment in an independent and affective manner.
- Ensure timely completion of audit/surveillance and submission of audit report
- Conduct audits in accordance with the relevant regulations, quality standards, policies, and other required criteria on the part of the auditor.
- Being able to read, speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Standard specific requirements:
ISO 9001:
- At least 2 years of work experiences in industry’s core processes related to professional education background
OR
- At least 5 years of work experiences in industry’s core processes NOT related to professional technical/natural sciences education background
OR
- At least 8 years of work experiences in industry’s core processes NOT related to professional non-technical/non-natural sciences education background
ISO 14001
- Professional experience (full time): minimum 1 year in a technical area with relevant education background
OR
- Professional experience (full time): minimum 1-2 years in a technical area with irrelevant technical or applied science education background
OR
- Professional experience (full time): minimum 2 years in a technical area with non-technical education background
ISO 45001
- Professional experience (full time): minimum 2 years in a technical area with OR without relevant education background
IATF 16949
- Professional experience: minimum 4 years of full-time work experience in automotive manufacturing sector (including 2 years in QA activities) or related sectors.
AN/EN 91XX
- Authenticated in OASIS as AA or AEA.
ISO 13485 / MDR / MDSAP
- Professional experience: minimum 4 years of full-time work experience in the field of medical devices or related sectors
- Knowledge corresponding to post-secondary education (typically 4 years) including biology, microbiology, biotechnology, biomedical science etc.
- Successful completion of other formal qualification (advanced degrees) can substitute for a maximum of 2 years of working experience.
MSPO:
- Post-secondary education: minimum 7 years of full-time work experience in the oil palm sector OR 10 years in other relevant field (e.g. social, environment, occupational health and safety, and quality)
- Tertiary education: minimum 5 years of full-time work experience in the oil palm sector OR 7 years in other relevant field (e.g. social, environment, occupational health and safety, and quality)
- 5 years auditing experience in relevant accredited management systems (eg. social, environment, occupational health and safety, and quality).
FSSC/FSMS
- Professional experience: minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in the food or associated industry
- Education: Food or bioscience discipline related degree.
