Termax Company is a manufacturing and engineering company that specializes in metal, plastic, and rubber fastening systems. Based in a 120,000 square foot facility in Lake Zurich, IL, Termax has three locations in Lake Zurich, as well as locations in China, Canada, and Mexico. All parts are manufactured in house at Termax in Lake Zurich, and their internationally supported customer service team is available 24/7.
Termax was founded in 1971 by Edward Smith and later run for many years by his sons. On July 1, 2020, LISI Group became the sole owner of Termax LLC, which extended the company’s global footprint in clip-fastening solutions. Termax currently operates under the supervision of Wes Gardocki, CEO.
