Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management system audits in HK, China, Macau, and occasionally in other countries/regions. (Primarily remote audits during the pandemic with travel restrictions.)
  • The standards may cover ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, TISAX, or IATF 16949, etc, depending on the candidate's background and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or higher.  (important)
  • 10+ years' working experience, including one of below experiences / qualifications:
    - 4+ years' in automotive product supply chain,
    - 4+ years in medical devices supply chain,
    - 4+ years in IT security,
    - TISAX auditor qualification, or
    - ISCC Plus auditor qualification.
  • Fluent written and oral English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. (Important)
  • A PECB, Exemplar, DGQ, IRCA, or CCAA certified 5-day ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor Training Certificate is preferred.
  • It’s an advantage if the candidate can provide 2nd or 3rd party audit log for 20 days against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 27001.
  • It’s an advantage, but not necessary, if qualified as 3rd-party certification auditor.
  • One of below skills:
    - for candidate of IATF 16949 auditor, knowledge in FMEA, SPC and MSA;
    - for candidate of ISO 13485 auditor, experience in FDA CFR-21 and EU MDR;
    - for candidate of ISO 27001 auditor, qualification of either CISA, IRCA registered ISMS Lead Auditor,  PECB certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent;
    - for candidate of TISAX auditor, approved as TISAX auditor by an ENX approved audit body;
    - for candidate of ISCC Plus auditor, already passed ISCC Plus exams.
  • Either employment or freelance approach.

Remuneration

For employed auditors, the remuneration scheme will include basic salary for employed auditors and extra audit days allowance. For freelance auditors, the service see will be based on audit days.
