An internal audit provides many opportunities to address new developments and important changes in your ISO management system. As an internal auditor, this training will teach you how to take a critical look at your systems and processes. This will enable you to determine whether your management system is being effectively implemented and whether your objectives are being met.
Based on the ISO 19011 standard for auditing management systems, we provide you with the tools to conduct successful internal audits.
We will cover the planning, conduct, and follow-up stages of an internal audit in three modules. Each module begins with an impetus presentation that highlights typical pitfalls as well as the opportunities offered by the ISO 19011:2018 standard.
New internal auditors and auditors who want to refresh their knowledge of the basics of internal audits of management systems.
After attending this seminar, you will be familiar with the starting points and tools for planning, conducting and following up internal audits, and you will know how to use them in your organisation.
We will be using Zoom Events to host this training. You will need a webcam and ideally a headset. During the training, all participants will usually be visible and audible with sound and image. We will not record this training. As with our on-site events, you will listen to some presentations, work in groups, present the results and – if you wish – spend the breaks together.
The duration of this online training is about 7 hours including breaks. You can dial in and familiarize yourself with the tool 30 minutes before the start at 9:30 a.m. CE(S)T. After the event, we will send you the presentation, a certificate of attendance, and, if applicable, any results created.
