  • Application: Completion of an application by your company, followed by the issuance of a quotation and terms and conditions by DQS.
  • Scheduling: Assignment of an audit team by DQS and creation of a schedule for the upcoming stages.
  • On-site Audit: Arrangement of an on-site audit by DQS to verify compliance with the four pillars outlined in the Criteria for Training Providers. This ensures the maintenance of expected quality in training, personnel, training environment, and equipment.
  • Certification: Upon completion of a successful audit, the report and draft certificate are uploaded to your profile in the WINDA platform. GWO conducts a full technical review, and the final certificate is made available in your WINDA profile.
  • Surveillance and Recertification: GWO certification is valid for 2 years, during which you will be subject to surveillance audits by DQS to check the continuing quality and compliance of your service delivery. After your certification period is over, your site or sites must be re-audited by a certification body according to the current criteria.
